Why has God become so quiet?
The book "Disappointment with God " will answer this question.
I may write on this post and put up some relevant links in future.
In this 'The Sword of The Lighthouse' Blog, I would write about christian stuffs --- the world and the bible, some of my reflections during quiet time, and etc. You are welcome to comment on it but remember to leave your name there. I hope you would be convinced and accepted Christ by this blog. I also hope you would look to the One True God instead of the god(s) of the world. Thank You. =]

For our history, god has been quiet - and for a reason, I believe. The events around us were set into motion a long time ago. We don't need to obseve god's voice - That's why faith exists.
Hi, thanks for your answer. Do I know you in person or anywhere? Yes, you are right. But I still believe God still speak to us in our heart if we meditate His words by reading the bible. I believe the holy spirit is sent to touch our heart so that we could see God and hear His voice. (I'm not saying the kind of "Today God speak to me. Yesterday God speak to me.... something like, which some christians are observing.)
Actually, I would like to attempt to answer this question thoroughly so that non-believers could understand. I would like to answer this question from from their stand.
Thanks for your respone. =)
